Oral Piercings 

​

We strongly recommend using an ALCOHOL FREE mouthwash for any piercing on or inside the mouth.

You should rinse any and every time you put any food/drink in your mouth, aside from water. This is to ensure no food or sugars are getting stuck in your fresh wound!

Use saline spray for any part outside of the mouth.

During the initial swelling period, it is recommended to eat softer foods and plenty of fluids to ensure that you are not further irritating the piercing!
